At Fitz we can offer a variety of Audio-Visual (AV) equipment to enhance your event experience. Whether you are hosting a small meeting, seminar, or a large conference, our AV equipment will ensure that your event reaches all delegates in a clear and efficient manner.

Walker Room 11 & 21:
The Walker Rooms 11 & 21 include a 55-inch touchscreen, built-in PC, speakers, and HDMI connection. It has built-in hybrid microphones and a 2-way camera to ensure the best possible communication.
Seminar Room 1, 2 & 3:
Seminar Rooms 1, 2 & 3 each feature a 60-inch LCD screen, built-in PC, HDMI connection, and one camera. It has built in microphones specifically for hybrid meetings.
William Thatcher Room:
The William Thatcher Room features an 82-inch LCD screen, built-in PC, speakers, and HDMI connection. It also includes a mounted camera and is ready to go as soon as you walk in.
Old SCR:
The Old SCR includes a ceiling-mounted projector with a 110-inch screen, built-in PC, speakers, and HDMI connectivity.
Music Room:
The Music Room features a ceiling-mounted projector with 75-inch screen, speakers, built-in PC and HDMI connectivity.
Gaskoin Room:
The Gaskoin Room includes a ceiling-mounted projector with 75-inch screen, speakers, built-in PC and HDMI connectivity.
Gordon Cameron Lecture Theatre:
The Gordon Cameron Lecture Theatre includes a projector with 105-inch screen, built-in PC, speaker, and HDMI connection.
Trust Room:
The Trust Room includes a ceiling-mounted projector with a 110-inch screen, built-in PC, speakers, podium microphone, and HDMI connection.
Reddaway Room:
The Reddaway Room features a ceiling-mounted projector with a 110-inch screen, built-in PC, speakers, a podium with built-in microphone, and HDMI connection.
Upper Hall 1 & 2: (one large room, or can be individual rooms)
Upper Hall 1 & 2 includes 120-inch screens, 2 handheld and 2 lapel mics (up to 4 microphones can be used at once), HDMI and VGA connectivity, and a hearing loop. Upper Hall 2 also features 2 projectors, while Upper Hall 1 includes one projector.
Auditorium:
The Auditorium, our largest room, includes a ceiling-mounted projector with a 1575-inch screen, built-in PC, speakers, a podium with built-in microphone, HDMI connectivity, and a hearing loop. It also features three 4K Studio Cameras and can offer up to 8 wireless microphones for use.
Dining Hall:
The Dining Hall features speakers, up to two microphones, the ability to connect via Bluetooth and a hearing loop.
In addition to the room-specific AV equipment, we also offer an interactive 55-inch mobile screen, with built-in camera, giving hybrid capability in other rooms.
Blackmagic Camera System is perfect for recording and steaming your next event with 3 4K studio cameras, also works well for hybrid events, it can be placed into either the Auditorium, Reddaway room, or Upper Hall 1 or 2.
We have 4 conference laptops available for use, as well as 2 Owl Lab systems which are perfect for hybrid meetings. The Owl Lab technology features a 360-degree camera, microphone, and speaker, and can connect to a second Owl for more advanced capability.
