As part of our commitment to sustainability we are now offering delegates the chance to opt for our Green Package. 

What makes the Greener Delegates Meeting Package more sustainable?

• No paper, i.e. pads and flipcharts, to be provided, so it’s BYO laptops and stationery for note-taking.
• Decanters of tap water, rather than glass bottles of mineral water, to avoid recycling glass - first reduce, then reuse, THEN recycle, after all!
• Only 2 out of the 3 tea and coffee breaks to include snacks, as we find the most food waste to occur with the morning refreshments.
• Snacks will be seasonal fruit smoothies and yogurt & honey pots with seasonal fruit compote, so expect berries in spring and summer and apples, pears and spinach in the winter - for the smoothies, we are dedicated but spinach compote might be going a bit too far!
• The standing finger buffet will consist of vegetarian and vegan items only and will be chosen by our chefs, allowing the team to utilise ingredients already in stock, further reducing food waste. 

What will our delegates get out of it?

• A 10% discount on our traditional DDR (with further reductions for registered charities!)
• A biodegradable coaster which, when planted, will produce pollinator friendly wildflowers.
• Knowing you’ve helped to make a difference!
